Louisiana is using innovative 3D printing technology to create artificial reefs known as “Cajun Corals”. These serve to protect and restore coastal ecosystems. The reefs provide habitat for marine life and act as natural water filters to cleanse the Gulf of excess nitrogen and sediment.
